All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding prior to shipping. We do not "hold" animals- all animals are considered "for sale" until full payment is received, or a deposit agreement is in place. Priority is given to potential buyers in the order inquiry is received.

Payment by Zelle is preferred. Other forms of payment include money orders and personal checks.

SHIPPING: We ship by FedEX overnight, to your nearest FedEx hub. Live arrival is guaranteed only if the shipment is accepted the day it arrives. Overnight shipping in the continental US typically costs about $55-75. Please notifiy us that you received the animal within 1 hour of receipt and any issues must be reported within this time.

The zip code for the origin (from) is 89130 and typically the weight is 1-2 lbs for a couple snakes; box size is usually 7 X 7 X 6 or 6 X 9 X 12.
