All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding prior to shipping. Live arrival is guaranteed provided shipment is not exposed to extreme temperatures and is accepted/signed for on the first delivery attempt. Buyer must confirm delivery and animal condition to Desert Moon Reptiles within 1 hour of delivery.

Payment by PAYPAL is preferred. Our PAYPAL account is burroughsm@aol.com. Other forms of payment are accepted, including money orders and personal checks, but shipping may be delayed until payment clears by methods other than PAYPAL.

SHIPPING: We ship by FedEX overnight, preferrably to your nearest FedEx hub. Residential shipments may get dropped at the door which may be a problem if exposed to extreme temperatures or direct sun. Live arrival is guaranteed only if the shipment is sent to a FedEx hub or accepted when it arrives and if your local temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Overnight shipping in the continental US typically costs about $55-75.

The zip code for the origin (from) is 89130 and typically the weight is 1-2 lbs for a couple snakes; box size is usually 7 X 7 X 6 or 6 X 9 X 12. We do not charge for the shipping box or supplies.
